JACKET SIZING
JH Design jackets run a little large. The only exceptions to this are the ladies jackets which are a slim fit. All other jackets are bomber style jackets. Please check the sizing chart before ordering jacket to assure you are ordering the correct size.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Nascar Jacket Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through PayPal, and Money Orders. If you are paying by money order please print out the money order form and send it completely filled out to:

Please be aware that our inventory is changing daily. Although we do accept money orders, by the time we receive them we may be out of stock in the item you ordered. If this is the case, you will be notified and given the option of a refund or waiting until the jacket is available.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
We do not charge credit cards for any merchandise until it is ready to ship.
RETURNS
Nascar Jacket Shop offers a 15 day money back guarantee on all products against defects, wrong product or damages.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 15 DAYS!
All items must be returned unworn, in new condition and with all tags attached.
All returns must be approved by Nascar Jacket Shop via e-mail at Returns@Nascarjacketshop.com. You will need to fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form.Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an item is returned that was offered free shipping, the customer will be charged for those shipping charges.

Damaged outer packages should be reported to the shipper and a claim filed by you so that we can be reimbursed by the shipper and a replacement or refund issued.
Products returned without our authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any package refused and/or redirected back to us will be charged a $20.00 fee for additional shipping.
Any jacket that is exchanged for a different size will be charged $15.00 for shipping and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any jacket returned or exchanged that is dirty, smelling of cigarette smoke or showing signs of being worn or washed will be sent back to the customer with a $15.00 shipping fee. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
SHIPPING
Most orders received before 2:00PM will be processed the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days after processing.
All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or the US Postal Service. The method Depends on where you are located. Typical shipping costs run $10-15 for the first jacket and $6-8 for each additional jacket shipped to the same address at the same time. Alaska and Hawaii charges may be adjusted. To avoid delays, be sure to check the appropriate shipping method at checkout for the destination and type of service desired. If a jacket is in stock most likely it will ship out the next business day (our business days are Monday-Friday) but there are some exceptions. During the fall we are extremely busy and it may be a few days before you order ships. If your jacket is a pre purchase then it has no set shipping date. We will try to keep you up to date as to when it is expected, but in most cases we don't know until a few days before receiving the jacket that it will be available. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping charges will be added to all international orders. Customer is responsible for any and all customs or related charges.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a SOUTH CAROLINA address.
